We are a group of faith-based teachers, coaches, mentors, and leaders who have a passion for empowering and inspiring the next generation of teenagers and young adults to relentlessly pursue what sets their soul on fire.
We are average people committed to being fishers of men, and servants to the next generation. We’re just as enthusiastic about learning, as we are passionate about teaching. We seek discomfort, welcome accountability, demand excellence, and strive love others into the best versions of themselves.

Why We Exist
We exist to equip and empower today’s teachers, coaches, mentors, and leaders with the tools, skills and resources they need to help change the lives of the people they serve. We exist to help you discover your purpose, develop your leadership, steward your gifts, serve others, and bring Heaven to Earth.
We believe that leadership is for everyone. We believe that walking in the fullness of your purpose and calling is not something reserved for the elite, but a God-given right and an anointing over the life of every single one of us long before we were ever born.
Our Vision
Our vision is that we want to live in a world where every single person has the opportunity to grow up in an environment where they have access to the resources, support systems, and guidance to discover their greatest passions, develop their ability to lead others, walk in the fullness of their purpose and calling, and become the best possible version of themselves. We deeply believe in Albert Einstein’s remarks below, and we’re determined to make sure no one ever grows up feeling like a fish being judged by its ability to climb a tree. We envision a future where leaders develop the heart of a servant, and strive to make the world a better place for those who chose to follow in their footsteps.

Our Mission
Our mission is to create technical and adaptive solutions to make “leadership is for everyone,” a reality. Our mission is to continue diversifying our platform to reach as many people as possible, provide access to new research, leadership development practices, weekly challenges, tips and tricks, and a community for everyone to share ideas, experiences and struggles. We also strive to provide coursework, consultation, devotionals, and other professional resources for students, teachers, coaches, mentors, and leaders to use to continue becoming the best version of themselves.
Our Values
Faith
You don’t have to believe what we believe in order to be welcome here, but our faith in Jesus is our number one core value, and our guiding light in everything we do. Our cornerstone verses that guide our mission and vision are 1 Timothy 4:12,14-15 and Romans 12:4-8
Stewardship
We will steward our opportunities, our resources, and relationships with a servant-heart.
Learning
As soon as we call ourselves experts, we have opted to stop learning. Leadership is a process in which a leader affects and is affected by followers. We are just as committed to teaching and educating as we are about learning and expanding our capacity for change.
Excellence
Being a leader and a Christian doesn’t mean you have to be perfect, it means you are being called to a higher level of personal conduct. We’re committed to leading by example in everything we do, and strive to become better versions of ourselves today than we were yesterday.
